On Monday December 18th Celebrate International Migrant Day 2017 with us!
We will be reflecting on the challenges and opportunities to promote human rights of migrants in these times, our organization will also be receiving an award from the national office of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops - Catholic Campaign for Human Development for our work promoting the rights of immigrants with disabilities... .and of course we will also have our traditional Posada Inmigrante with piñatas, songs, tamales and even some salsa dancing! If you can not attend our event but you are organizing one in your town, make sure to let us know, and also please make an effort to reach out and include immigrants with disabilities in your celebration!

El Lunes 18 de Diciembre Acompáñanos a Celebrar el Día Internacional de lxs Migrantes 2017
Estaremos reflexionando sobre los retos y oportunidades para promover los derechos humanos de lxs migrantes en estos tiempos; nuestra organización recibirá un premio por parte de la oficina nacional de la Conferencia Episcopal Católica de los Estados Unidos y la Campaña Católica para el Desarrollo Humano por nuestro trabajo promoviendo los derechos humanos de lxs inmigrantes con discapacidad... y por supuesto también tendremos nuestra tradicional Posada Inmigrante con piñatas, canciones, tamales y hasta un poco de baile de Salsa! Si no puedes asistir a nuestro evento pero estás organizando uno en tu ciudad, asegúrate de dejarnos saber y también, por favor, haz un esfuerzo para invitar e incluir a inmigrantes con discapacidad en tu celebración!
